5 years after the first arrival of the Rolex Giraglia in Monaco (2014), on the occasion of the inauguration of the new Club House, the Yacht Club of Monaco will again host the arrival of the regatta “Queen of the Mediterranean”. Organized by the Yacht Club Italiano in collaboration with the Société Nautique de Saint Tropez, the Yacht Club Sanremo and the Yacht Club de Monaco, the 67th edition of the Rolex Giraglia off shore race will kick off on 12st June in the Gulf of Saint Tropez and will take the finish in the water of the 
Principality of Monaco.

The start of the 2019 Rolex Giraglia offshore race was one of the most impressive in recent memory. Sailing under clear blue skies and a favourable, building breeze the 243-strong international fleet offered a sublime spectacle. A testing and tactical 241-nautical race lies ahead including the seminal rounding of the Giraglia rock, the virtual halfway point. For only the second time in its history, the race will finish off the Yacht Club de Monaco in Monte-Carlo. The leading contenders to be first over the line include Sir Lindsay Owen-Jones’s Wallycento Magic Carpet Cubed, a past line honours and overall winner of the event, and George David’s all-conquering 88-ft maxi Rambler. They both have the current race record of 14 hours, 56 minutes in their sights. Partnered by Rolex since 1998, the event is organised by the Yacht Club Italiano and the Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez.

It naturally gravitated towards the elite world of yachting six decades ago and today supports the most prestigious clubs, races and regattas. Józsa Márton vezetésével a hatvanlábas Mini Maxi, a Wild Joe több alkalommal is részt vett már a legendás mediterrán offshore versenyen. Tegnap Saint-Tropez kikötője előtt 243 hajó rajtolt el az idei futamon, amelynek a pályája ismét változott. Az elmúlt öt évben a cél Genovánál volt, de idén Monte Carlóban lesz a befutó.

A rajt után a mezőny nyugatra Hyeres felé halad, majd egy zátony kerülése után következik a – jó esetben – hosszú rohanás a Korzika északi csücskénél lévő Giraglia-szikla felé. Itt fordul a mezőny vissza a monte carlói befutó felé. (forrás)

Kedden a nemzeti összetartozás napja alkalmából országszerte tartanak megemlékezéseket. Budapesten Potápi Árpád János, a Miniszterelnökség nemzetpolitikáért felelős államtitkára mond ünnepi köszöntőt a Parlament előtt. Ezután Szarka Tamás vezényletével több ezer diák énekli el a Kézfogáscímű dalt. (forrás)

A magyar nemzetgyűlés 1920. november 15-én ratifikálta, és 1921. július 26-án, a XXXIII. törvénycikkel hirdette ki a trianoni szerződést, amely kimondta, hogy az Osztrák-Magyar Monarchia felbomlott, ennek következményeként Magyarország (Horvátország nélküli) területét 283 ezer négyzetkilométerről 93 ezerre, lakosságát 18,2 millióról 7,6 millióra csökkentették. Mintegy 3,2 millió magyar, a magyarság harmada került az új határokon túlra.

Az Országgyűlés 2010. május 31-én a nemzeti összetartozás napjává nyilvánította az első világháborút lezáró trianoni békeszerződés aláírásának napját, június 4-ét. (via MTI)

Ez a recept szuper hatékony, köszönhetően az olyan összetevőinek, mint például a méz vagy a kurkuma. Az arany színe miatt arany orvosságként is emlegetett keveréket nagyon egyszerű elkészíteni, és az alábbi hozzávalókra lesz szükséged: 

• 1 evőkanál kurkuma 

• 100 gramm méz 

• 2 evőkanál almaecet 

• 1 teáskanál reszelt citromhéj 

• egy csipet feketebors 

Keverd jól össze a kurkumát, a borsot és az almaecetet. Majd add hozzá a reszelt citromhéjat, és végül a mézet. Addig keverd, míg sima, homogén állaga nem lesz. Tedd a keveréket egy lezárható üvegbe és tárold a hűtőben.

Un Certain Regard 2019 a proposé dans sa compétition 18 films. 9 d’entre eux étaient des premiers films. Le film d’ouverture était LA FEMME DE MON FRÈRE de Monia Chokri. Présidé par Nadine Labaki (réalisatrice et actrice, Liban), le Jury était composé de Marina Foïs (actrice, France), Nurhan Sekerci-Porst (productrice, Allemagne), Lisandro Alonso (réalisateur, Argentine) et Lukas Dhont (réalisateur, Belgique). « Le Jury tient à témoigner du grand plaisir qu’il a eu à s’immerger dans la diversité de cette sélection, diversité quant aux sujets traités, quant à l’approche cinématographique et à la représentation des personnages. Il a été pour nous très stimulant de voir côte à côte des réalisateurs qui maîtrisent si bien leur langage et d’autres qui suivent ce même chemin. Constater la présence de 9 premiers films fut pour nous une belle surprise et voyager à travers ces différents univers, un réel privilège.
